A classic rendition of a Belgian saison with a fruity hoppy funk to it.
Triple hopping the Saison Brûût towards a moderate 32 IBU + dry-hopping with Cascade during fermentation creates a dynamic interplay between fruity bitterness and funky yeast.
Saison yeast produces fruity esters reminiscent of lemon and orange citrus notes. In Saison Brûût it produces a slightly peppery aroma also.
The extra û, in Brûût result in a light beer with a EXTRA-dry finish.
Awarded with silver at the best beer of Noord-Holland province 2016 competition.
